I loved the beds, they were exceptionally comfortable, and how helpful the staff was. I booked a suite for 2 nights and had a fine stay. All in all everything was good, though I had cold bathroom.

I had a lovely experience in New York City. The room was non-smoking and with double bed and continental breakfast, as example.
The breakfast I was offered was poor; it could definitely be improved.
